When you’re tired and your body does not respond to stimuli as it should, it goes without saying that you should not drive, operate on someone, or to do tasks that will put you in danger to yourself or those around you, but there are many more things that you imagine that you should avoid doing if you’re tired.
What should you not do when you’re tired?
1 – Drink your weight in coffee
As hard as it will be on Monday, taking a cup of coffee every hour is not going to keep you awake for longer than you desired. The caffeine is in your body for up to 5 hours, so you’ll have to keep in mind that will continue to affect you long after when you need it, and you may not be able to sleep at night and Tuesday will be another terrible day.
2 – Break your sleep routine

8 – Nap
A nap as a concept is not bad, but you have to do it correctly. Sleeping too much or too late is counter-productive since it’s hard to sleep at night and the next day you’ll still feel tired. It is best to take a nap of 20-30 minutes as soon as you can in the day. After eating is a perfect time, but don’t overdo it.
