Do you think that it might be a simple technique that was the key to getting health, peace, happiness, and prosperity? The answer is yes. We talk about Ho’oponopono, a little-known system developed by the shamans of Hawaii and based on the thought that disease is caused by guilt, anger, relationship problems, and errors.

The healing comes from reconciliation and forgiveness. Consists to apologize to the time that it accepts full responsibility for negative situations that arise in life. When asking for forgiveness, the problem is fixed and goes away.

The word Ho’oponopono means to make things right, and the practice is considered a technique of mental cleansing that eliminates the sources of diseases, such as anger and other problems, and replaces them with peace, joy, and happiness.
