Losing weight is as difficult mentally, as it is physically demanding. To facilitate weight loss, a 32-year-old Chinese photographer, Jesse, decided to take on the task along with his family. They supported each other during the transformation of 6 months and up, the before and after photos are amazing!!!
It all started when Jesse’s mother decided to move temporarily with her son and his pregnant wife to help her during the early stages of motherhood. Using this as an opportunity, Jesse invited his father, who at that time ran a small bamboo factory, to strengthen the link between the four.
When the future grandfather came with such a beer belly, Jesse thought that a weight loss program could help him regain his passion for life. In the beginning, they began to walk fast, which gradually became jogging. Adding more and more exercise little by little, they began to go to the gym. In addition, they documented the results by measuring their bodies every 10 days.
What initially was planned as a challenge that would last from the 10th of March until the 30th of September, it became their way of life, and the family says they will continue with this regime of exercises. However, Jesse says that, more than anything, the most satisfying result was to see his father become surer of himself.

This shows that however difficult something might be if you put your mind to it you’ll be able to get what you want to. This family has worked hard for 6 months to get in shape, but most importantly, to create a healthy lifestyle. Through training, they have realized the multiple benefits that can be derived, adopting a new lifestyle forever.
