1 – Abs bike
This type of abdominal contracts muscles and strengthens the muscles where fat tends to settle normally.
2 – Side push-ups
It is a variant of the plank and the push-ups that will make you burn more fat. Place your arm at a 90 degree angle (alternating between left arm and right) and lower the hip in sets of 10 or 12 repetitions before switching arm.
3 – Iron standard
Keep the arms at a 90-degree angle, with the legs and back completely straight. Hold the position for 30 seconds, and repeat several times with breaks in between.
4 – Iron + ball
It is very similar to the iron standard, but this time place your legs on the ball for balance and keep stability. Combining this exercise with the iron standard you make sure to exercise all the abdominal muscles.
5 – Avoid unnecessary calories
Reduce the calories eaten to help in your battle against fat. There are simple ways to reduce them slowly:
-Avoid whole milk in the coffee.
-Remove fried foods from your diet.
6 – Eliminate sugars from your diet
Food is sufficiently delicious that are naturally sweet such as fruits and vegetables. Your body handles these sugars and is less likely to be stored in your body in comparison to refined sugars.
7 – Healthy Fats
Eating healthy fats can be good, in fact, 30% of the daily intake of fat should be healthy. Fish and nuts are a great source of them.
8 – Do some exercise
A sedentary lifestyle is hard to avoid when you’re forced to be sitting for hours on the job. If your boss allows it try to incorporate high desktops for standing while you work. Burn more calories by walking regularly to stabilize muscles.
