Carrie Underwood was terrified that people would see the scars on her face at the ACM Awards 2018.
Supposedly, the country singer was nervous about returning to the stage after suffering a fall that caused a wound in the face, which took more than 40 stitches. The singer, 35 years old, stole the show this past Sunday, in the 53rd annual Academy of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas with a very emotional performance of her new song “Cry Pretty”, a source told People that Underwood was worried about the reaction that she would get.
“She ended up avoiding the red carpet because she didn’t want to be bombarded with questions about the accident,” – said the insider. “It’s the most shaken anyone has ever seen her… This whole ordeal. She was terrified that people would see the scars.”
“Her hair and makeup team, and stylists had to be under a lot of pressure.”
What’s funny about all this “Carrie was terrified that people would see the scars”, is that NOBODY SAW ANYTHING!! The woman looked perfect, no scars on his face.
Many fans commented on this on social media stating that they saw no difference in the appearance of the country singer. She said in her post that her appearance had changed by the accident. But no one saw that change.
“Am I the only one not seeing any change in Carrie Underwood’s face? – wrote a user on Twitter.
Another said: “I see absolutely nothing wrong with Carrie Underwood’s face. Beautiful!”
Others posted memes with pictures saying “looking for a scratch on the “new face” of Carrie Underwood… and so on.
Anyways! With all the drama of her fall and more than 40 stitches in her face, we imagined that she would appear with a mask-style phantom of the opera. Even if you already had seen her face after the terrible accident where she hurt her face, and it looked like she was wearing a splint on the hand. Geeez! Drama Queen? Makes Me think of bad (as usual) and maybe, did plastic surgeries and didn’t like it as it was and, therefore, went with the story of the fall. Some will see the nose is different… whatever! I remembered a scene from Melrose Place where Kimberly removes her wig and has a horrible wound on a side of her head Bahahahaha… that was shocking!! What do you think?
