1 – Water with grapefruit and rosemary

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • ½ Grapefruit
  • ½ Grapefruit in slices

Steps to follow

Place the rosemary in an infuser and leave to stand in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the infuser, squeeze half a grapefruit, then add the other half a grapefruit in slices, stir and drink.

2 – Green tea and ginger

In a recent study, researchers found that overweight men who consumed ginger experienced less feeling of hunger as a result of the warming of their bodies.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger
  • Boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons green tea
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Steps to follow

Pour in a vessel a tablespoon of grated ginger and add to the boiling water. Then add 2 teaspoons green tea in an infuser and let it sit in the glass for 5 minutes. After you remove the infuser, add 1 tablespoon of honey to the cup, stir and enjoy the taste.

3 – Water with cucumber and ginger

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of ginger
  • Boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • ½ Cucumber, sliced

Steps to follow

In a glass, add 1 slice of ginger and boiling water. Leave it to brew for 5 minutes and then take it out of the glass. Then, add 1 tablespoon of honey and sliced cucumbers. Stir everything very well and drink it.

4 – Lemon water and ginger

As we have already said, ginger stimulates metabolism, but with this drink, you can also take advantage of the vitamin C content of the lemon juice. Lemons also contain flavonoids, which are great antioxidants.

  • Warm water
  • 1 lemon, sliced
